A former classmate of mine was in a bad motorcycle accident this past weekend. The doctors say he shouldn’t have survived. He did anyways. They say he shouldn’t have survived surgery or made it to a CT scan. He did anyways. They keep saying that even if he wakes from his coma, he won’t be the same. What I need you guys to do is send prayers, thoughts, positive energy, whatever to him and his family. Not for me. I wasn’t friends with him or anything. Barely knew him, actually, but he’s a nice guy. Always was nice. And he deserves some divine intervention. So even if it’s just a brief thought for well wishes, it could help. Please, guys. His family and friends don’t need to know the pain of losing a loved one, and especially not a guy as good as he apparently is. So come on, please.

Get two pieces of thick bread and make some French toast, okay? (I prefer the Udi’s buns for this.) Set that off to the side with however much syrup you want to put on a sandwich on that French toast, k?

Make up some hash browns however you like them.

Get some ground sausage (I prefer turkey sausage) and make a thick sausage patty out of that, okay? Make it however you like it, as thick as you want it.

Get some slices of your favorite cheese and melt that on top of the sausage patty.

Make an over easy egg and a couple strips of bacon (I prefer turkey bacon).

Take one slice of French toast and put the hash browns on it. Then put the sausage patty with cheese over the hash browns. Put the bacon on the patty. Put the over easy egg on top of the bacon. Then top it off with the other slice of French toast.

Enjoy the shit out of that bitch.

I am incredibly sore today. I exercised for 75 minutes yesterday and my legs are feeling it today. My body aches, but it’s a good ache.

By the end of the winter, I hope to be completely gluten free, in control of my cholesterol, and capable of jogging without getting winded after 15 seconds. I don’t know how I managed to ket my health fall to the wayside, but it’s time to get active again.

Being gluten free AND a poor college student can be difficult.

If you live near a Cheeseburger in Paradise and they have a gluten free menu, hop on that. By far the BEST GF bun I have ever tasted ever. And the one in Virginia Beach, VA is really awesome about trying to prevent all cross contamination! :)

I found out about it a week ago after suffering through it since January. Whoops!

Well, I’m on a low dose muscle relaxer that I take before bed every night to see if that helps. And it’s helping a little bit, but not much.

My brother-in-law is making gluten free burgers and has lettuce for my “bun” and he’s making fresh, homemade french fries.

I’m in gluten free heaven.

Oh, and my sister picked up milk free, gluten free ice cream for dessert. :D :D
